The hotel feels more like a house than a traditional hotel room, offering ample and quiet spaces. The rooms are spacious, although breakfast could improve. The restaurant was nice, but the waiter had a bit of an attitude at times.
I found the hotel's location to be excellent, situated in the best social area of Cali, surrounded by numerous dining and entertainment options. The rooms were absolutely clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. However, the dining experience was just okay, not quite meeting expectations. The hotel offers a good value for the overall experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel. The rooms were fabulous, large, and well-furnished with a balcony, exactly as shown on the Mercure website. The service was amazing, with staff being so pleasant and smiley. The location was excellent, close to Calle 9 with lots of great eateries and entertainment options. The dining experience was okay, with a wide selection in buffet style. The facilities were top-notch.
